- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance.
- Deposit paid are refundable minus an admin charge of 10% to cover payments fees and other overheads incurred from the booking.
- Deposits will be forfeited if cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hour notice.
- Deposits are non-refundable when cancellation has been given with more than 48 hours notice once artist has commenced work on the design.
